Former President of the New York State Bar Association and a founding member of the firm,  Mr. Getnick focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury. 

A founding member of the firm,  Mr. Livingston focuses his practice on all areas of real estate practice, with an emphasis on complex commercial and agricultural matters.  

A founding member of the firm, Mr. Atkinson is renowned in Upstate New York for his zealous advocacy in various complex matrimonial and family law matters.

Ms. Richmond leads the firm's robust estate planning practice, representing individuals in complex estate and trust matters.  She also lead's the firm's mental health law practice efforts, representing medical institutions in Mental Hygiene Law matters in New York State Courts.  

With extensive experience in all areas of real estate practice,  Mr. Reale manages the firm's real estate department, focusing on representing lending institutions and real estate developers in complex real estate transactions and transactional business matters.  Mr. Reale also leads the firm's business law practice, advising business leaders on issues of formation and operation of businesses.  

A former Vice-President and Legal Counsel for a banking institution ,  Mr. Lottermoser concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and creditors' rights law. Mr. Lottermoser focuses on representing lending institutions in complex real estate and collection matters.

An active member of the Oneida County Bar Association who has served on the organization's Board of Directors,  Mr. Atkinson focuses his practice on matrimonial and family law.

Mr. Cirasuolo has diverse legal experience as a solo-practitioner and business executive in the Mohawk Valley.  He practices in the areas of Real Estate and Child Advocacy as an Attorney for Children in Family Court.
